New Development to Bring 102 New Affordable Living Units to Monmouth County

Community Investment Strategies (CIS), a recognized leader in affordable housing, is proud to announce the start of construction on The Place at Manalapan, a brand-new apartment community set to bring 102 high-quality, affordable living options to Monmouth County.

Located at 100 Anderson Place, Manalapan, New Jersey, the development will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments along with a community building for residents to enjoy, featuring a kitchenette, maintenance facility, manager's office and playground for children. The project is a component of the town’s fair share settlement.

The Place at Manalapan features classically designed building exterior and a 100% smoke-free community. The apartments are Energy Star® certified with appliance packages (refrigerator, range hood, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer hookups), high-efficiency central heating and air conditioning. Additionally, there will be 206 planned parking spaces.
