Community Investment Strategies, (CIS), a recognized leader in affordable housing, celebrated the grand opening of The Place at Haddonfield, a new affordable living community designed to serve individuals and families in Camden County.

CIS was joined by representatives from the Borough of Haddonfield, Camden County, Fair Share Housing Center and New Jersey Department of Community Affairs at an official ribbon cutting event held on Saturday, April 25, marking a significant milestone in expanding access to quality, affordable housing in the region.

Located off Snowden Avenue behind Borough Hall at 1105-2205 Elizabeth Place, The Place at Haddonfield features 20 thoughtfully designed apartment homes across two three-story buildings. Each residence includes a private entrance and offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. The community is conveniently located near residential neighborhoods, local schools and retail destinations.
