Community Investment Strategies Preserves Affordable Senior Housing in Lambertville

Community Investment Strategies (CIS), a recognized leader in affordable housing, has secured over $15 million to preserve and renovate Heritage Village at Lambertville, ensuring 86 affordable senior apartments remain accessible for the next 30 years.

Located at 258 Brunswick Avenue, Heritage Village at Lambertville includes 76 one-bedroom and 11 two-bedroom apartments. Renovations will bring major improvements to HVAC systems, life safety features, unit interiors and common areas.

The project was made possible through 9% tax credits awarded by the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA), with additional support from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, TD Bank and Redstone Equity Partners. The City of Lambertville also extended its PILOT agreement to help make the project possible.

Construction is expected to begin in early spring.
