LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J., April 17, 2012 – Community Investment Strategies (CIS), Inc., a fully integrated real estate organization and certified woman-owned business enterprise (WBE), has been named one of the top multi-family unit owners in New Jersey. The Top-25 ranking was compiled based on data provided by the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA).
Specializing in multi-family housing, including 55+, senior housing and mixed-use redevelopments, as well as market-rate and affordable housing, CIS develops a broad spectrum of properties, ranging from garden apartments to mid- and hi-rise complexes. Within the past 12 to 18 months, CIS has added to its inventory of multi-family units with the completion and leasing of several new communities. The company also is partnering with community groups and public officials to identify potential opportunities to restore city neighborhoods with creative housing solutions while supporting local revitalization initiatives. CIS’ innovation, sense of community, relationships and reputation for high-quality construction have positioned the company for significant growth opportunities.
