Leasing at Forked Rivers’ First Affordable Rental Active Adult Community is Underway
FORKED RIVER, N.J., June 27, 2011 – This summer, Community Investment Strategies (CIS), Inc., will host open houses for Heritage Village at Seabreeze, the area’s newest active adult affordable rental housing community. The Marketing and Information Center, located at 305 Lacey Rd., Forked River, will host open house hours on Thursdays, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Complimentary refreshments will be served.
Heritage Village, which is adding the final construction touches, offers an array of apartment-rental options that incorporate social, recreational and personal care services for those 55 years of age and older. Open house attendees can learn more about this three-story, 100-unit active adult community situated in southern Ocean County. Small-scale models and architectural renderings are displayed and information packets will be provided. In addition, the CIS property management team is available to answer questions and assist the public with the application process.

Additional amenities include an on-site fitness center, library and laundry facilities, health and wellness center, computer center and clubhouse, for unlimited tenant use. CIS also will provide 24/7 property management services, including a live-in superintendent; social programming; and complimentary community bus service. Monthly rentals for Heritage Village’s maintenance-free lifestyle range from $858 to $1,024 per month.
Heritage Village at Seabreeze is located in the heart of Forked River in scenic Ocean County, which features 50 miles of Atlantic Ocean beaches. The community is easily accessible via exit 74 off the Garden State Parkway, offering proximity to transportation links to New York City, Atlantic City and Philadelphia.
