Heritage Village at Seabreeze Begins Leasing
LACEY TOWNSHIP, N.J., May 31, 2011 – Community Investment Strategies (CIS), Inc., a fully integrated real estate organization, has begun leasing Heritage Village at Seabreeze, an affordable housing community, located at 1031 Newark Avenue North in Lacey Township, N.J. The CIS development combines social, recreational and personal care services with housing for residents, 55 years of age and older.

Affordable rental rates start at $403 per month for a one-bedroom, and $478 for a two-bedroom unit. Rental rates are regulated by the State.
